Tonia Tatti, a graduate in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the KUL, is a human resources specialist with over 17 years experience. She began her career in recruitment and selection. Over the years, she has developed into an HR manager, covering all aspects of human resources. She is particularly experienced in leadership, communication and well-being at work. As a psychologist and certified coach, she specialises among others in burn-out coaching.
Her aim is to bring happiness to work and help prevent burn-out. She believes that work should not exhaust people, but rather inspire and energise them. She is an excellent partner for companies, thanks to her in-depth knowledge of organisational issues, challenges, structures and pressures. Her varied experience in the public and private sectors reinforces her ability to understand and respond to the specific needs of each company.
Tonia makes tailor-made services to businesses, including training in communication and coaching, team management, change management, well-being and stress and burn-out prevention. For individuals, she proposes burn-out coaching with a holistic approach combining nutrition, physical exercise, neuroscience and positive psychology.
