She is the founder of WorkInJoy, a company dedicated to fostering workplace well-being through the creation of relaxation spaces supported by a dedicated app, as well as offering a variety of workshops and training sessions focused on the four pillars of health: physical, emotional, mental, and social well-being.
Sophie is the author of book: “Osez être bien au travail (2024)”, which explores practical strategies to improve well-being in the workplace, with a holistic view on health, safety, relationships, autonomy, accountability, personal development, and purpose at work.
With a strong professional background spanning finance, human resources, and corporate governance, Sophie has built a career dedicated to making the workplace a more balanced and fulfilling environment.
